About Me

Anxiety, trauma, and couple therapy near Union Square in NYC.

I earned my BS in Political Science from Boise State University, where I competed in speech and debate all four years. Afterward, I coached debate and advocacy skills at a correctional facility in Idaho. This experience remains a highlight of my life and continues to shape my thinking about therapy - I’ll meet you where you’re at, strive to understand you in the context of the systems you exist in, and always believe in your capacity to change.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in various administrative roles in the legal field, including 4 years in Washington, DC, as an executive assistant at an international “big law” firm. In 2021, I returned to school and graduated with my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University in 2023. I now work full-time in private practice. This work is my life’s passion, and I value ongoing learning through my own therapy, clinical supervision, and professional training.
